Earlier in 2014 the speaker served as human rights observer with EAPPI, the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel – www.eappi.org

She was based in Al Ram just north of Jerusalem, covering the Ramallah governorate, as well as travelling within Israel and further afield in the occupied West Bank.  While there, she wrote a weekly blog, Through my Eyes and Ears.
